Hillside Farms Preferred Employer Program

You worked hard to get where you're at in your career, and deserve
to be rewarded! We are excited to roll out the red carpet for select
major Beavercreek/Miami Valley employers by extending a special discount
program for employees at these companies and organizations who
apply and move-in at Hillside Farms at Stonehill Village. Through our
Preferred Employer Program, applicants can earn a $300 one-time
rent credit, applied to your first full month's rent, with application
approval and move-in! Applicants must provide proof of employment
at one of our Preferred Employers at application, and are subject to 
all of the standard application terms and conditions. This discount can
be combined with any other active special offers at time of application.
